About 10 years ago Siôn Davies was working as a
salesman for a local telecoms company and discovered he
was getting regular headaches. On going to the Doctor
for advice he was informed that the headaches may be down
to stress and to seek alternate help instead of medication.
Siôn chose hypnosis and contacted a local Hypnotherapist
and went along with an open mind. After just three sessions,
the headaches were gone never to return in the same way
and the ability to relax and self hypnotise became a powerful
tool.
Some years later Siôn decided to embark on training
to become a Hypnotherapist and fully qualified as an Advanced
Practitioner of the International Institute of Clinical
Hypnosis. Siôn is also a member of the General Hypnotherapy
Register and the British Association of Therapeutical
Hypnotists.
In his spare time, Siôn plays squash in the South
Wales Leagues and is a qualified coach at the St. Mellons
Hotel and Country Club in Cardiff.
