To be able to fully appreciate how Hypnosis can help with
someones Self Confidence, it’s important to realise
how hypnosis works. Hypnosis is not about succumbing to the
will of the Hypnotist, but empowering the individual to feel
better within, for themselves.
We are all affected in very different ways with confidence,
and a lot of external factors contribute to the way we can
see ourselves. Think of how hurtful children can be in the
school playground, friends, family and work colleagues.
Some people are able to use any negative comments that are
directed at them and bounce back immediately, others are
