All of us can have problems with getting
to sleep at one time or another which can easily be attributed
to understandable reasons. Going on holidays, exams, Christmas
or maybe a physical problem like a cold or flu can naturally
prevent a food sound night’s sleep.
Some people find it easy to go off to sleep yet wake early
while others take hours to drop off. Either way, sleep deprivation
can have serious consequences in our lives.
People who suffer sleep problems can often be those who
think a lot. Tension and anxieties faced throughout a given
day can cause a poor nights sleep. We often try to solve
our problems by thinking about them, and it’s this
over thinking that not only disturbs sleep, but does little
to solve the issue itself.
