We all are well aware of the obvious health and financial
benefits
of stopping smoking but if it was that easy it wouldn’t
be an issue. People can often try many ways to help them before
they find a way that actually works for them. One of the most
important reasons that people who want to stop smoking should
be looking at is ‘Do you want to actually stop?’.
That sounds like a silly question maybe, but all too often
people don’t really want to stop for themselves, they
are doing it under a little pressure from family or friends.
Deep down though, they still enjoy smoking. Before I treat
anyone for smoking I always ask that vital question.
When people say they want to give up smoking, just the
way that sounds makes it appear that they will lose out
if they give it up.

Hypnosis is an effective treatment for people who wish
to stop smoking and it instills a new set of belief patterns
for the client. Smoking is by and large a psychological
addiction. Someone who smokes 80 cigarettes a day will often
sleep happily throughout the night, yet when they wake up,
all the self-programmed associations begin to kick in; Cigarette
with first drink, cigarette in car on way to work etc.
You can be successful at stopping smoking, and be confident
about leading the life you want for yourself by harnessing
your inner power.
We are all different as people and as such there is really
no hard and fast ruling for sessions for people who want
to stop. Typically though, two sessions is all people need
backed up by a free CD to further reinforce the bespoke
sessions.
